Intermediate - 50/70 Division

The NEW Intermediate Division or 50/70 Division of Davis Little League was created so that more players have the opportunity to play additional baseball, but not just any baseball—Little League baseball!  The division offers players league age 13 to expand their play and bridge a transition from the Majors 46/60 field dimensions to the new 50/70 fields and prepare them for going even further at the 60/90 fields.

Who can sign up? Little league players age 12 & 13 before May 1, 1016 whom live in the boundaries of DLL

My Child is 12, What should they play?  Please see our (Recommended Divisions) page for more information, but ultimately the decision is up to you.  If your child wants to play with older kids, on a bigger field, with different rules then 50/70 is for you.   Please be aware that games and practices will be at Civic field (i.e. not at the DLL Baseball Complex.   There will not be as many teams and there is the potential of playing out of town.

What does it cost? 225.00 per player

Where do we practice and play? All practices will be held at Civic baseball field.

Who do we play? Potentially play all available teams which offer 50/70 within our District 64 and neighboring districts.

When does the season start?: Practices to commence March 1 and play thru the end of May, for a minimum of a 12 game season

Tryouts?  Yes. Scheduled for middle of January 2015

What if there is not enough players / coaches for 50/70? Players will have an option to play Juniors.

Will there be a 50/70 District 64 all star team? Yes

Please feel free to email or call Kelly McCrory, President of DLL  ( should you have any additional questions
